What happens if I exceed my included data limit?
You may exceed your storage limit by up to 30% for a period of up to 60 days. Please note that model processing may be affected if you exceed 30% of your data limit or remain over your limit for more than 60 days.
Are there any long-term contracts required?
Yes, all plans require a minimum annual commitment.

Why are your data storage costs significantly higher than raw cloud storage prices?
Our data packs are part of our complete data warehouse automation service, not just storage space. Each pack includes compute resources and memory for processing, automated optimization, and advanced compression (typically 3-5x), meaning a 10GB pack can handle 30-50GB of raw data. Think of it like the difference between renting an empty warehouse versus having a fully-managed, automated data platform.
